Founded by three former teachers from a Special Education Needs school, ErgoSEN's primary goal is to help disabled individuals secure sustainable jobs that cater to their specific needs. They also offer specialized training in protected environment labs to enhance the productivity of these individuals. What sets ErgoSEN apart is its commitment to sustainability and social impact. The organization generates income through donations, funded projects, and the sale of eco-friendly products on their custom e-shop. These products, which include items made from recycled materials such as wood, plastic, glass, painted pottery, and fabric, not only contribute to environmental conservation but also provide valuable skills training for disabled individuals. Furthermore, ErgoSEN is dedicated to building a strong community network through its website, featuring a forum for discussions and promoting various events. By emphasizing personalized training, sustainable products, and community engagement, ErgoSEN is making a tangible difference in the lives of disabled individuals and helping to create a more inclusive society. Through successful partnerships with European companies and organizations, including those formed through Erasmus projects, ErgoSEN has been able to expand its reach and impact. With the support of over 20 volunteers and a diverse team of experts in various fields, the organization is well-positioned to continue its mission of empowering disabled individuals through sustainable employment opportunities. In conclusion, ErgoSEN is not just a place of business – it is a beacon of hope for disabled individuals, offering them the support, training, and opportunities they need to thrive in today's workforce. By supporting organizations like ErgoSEN, we can all play a role in creating a more inclusive and equitable society for everyone.
