1. Introduction

At ErgoSEN – The Ergo Special Employment Needs Non-Profit Civil Company (A.M.K.E.), we aim to ensure that every purchase from our e-shop contributes to our social inclusion and employment initiatives, while also providing a positive experience for our supporters and customers.

This Returns & Refunds Policy describes how you can return or exchange products and when you may be eligible for a refund.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Returns within 14 Days)

Under Greek and EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days from the date they received the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  2. Include your order number, name, contact details, and the reason for return (optional).

  3. Return the product(s) to the address we provide, in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your decision.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the product was defective or sent in error.

  • Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Custom-made or personalized products

    • Digital downloads or software

    • Products marked “final sale” or “non-returnable”

If returned items are not in resalable condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A defective product,

  • The wrong item, or

  • An item damaged during delivery,

  • Photos of the product and packaging.

We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund (including shipping costs), depending on availability and your preference.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are made via the original payment method (unless otherwise requested).

  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error or product defect.

6. Exchanges

We offer product exchanges only for identical or equivalent items (e.g., different size or color) where available.

Donations made through the ErgoSEN website support our social mission and are non-refundable, except in cases of accidental duplicate transactions.
