Welcome to www.ergosen.org (the "Website"), operated by ErgoSEN ("we," "us," or "our").  The Website provides resources related to the integration into the economic and social life of vulnerable and disadvantaged groups with fewer opportunities and more specifically decent work and economic development (promoting sustained,
sustainable and inclusive economic growth and full employment and decent work for all), including an e-shop, a community forum, and information/promotion of events.

By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&C"), as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these T&C, you must not use or access the Website.

2. Definitions

• User/Member/Customer ("You"):  Any individual who accesses or uses the Website, including those who register an account.

• Services: All features, functionalities, and content provided through the Website, including the E-shop, Forum, and Event Promotion.

• E-shop: The online store section of the Website where products and/or services (e.g., memberships, digital goods) are sold.

• Forum/Community: The interactive section of the Website allowing Users to post, share, and communicate.

• Content: Text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this Website.

4. E-shop Terms (Purchases and Payments)

4.1 Product Information

We strive to be as accurate as possible in the description of products and services. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other Content of the E-shop is entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

4.2 Pricing and Payment Methods

​All prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. Credit card, PayPal, bank transfer are accepted.

4.3 Orders and Acceptance

​Placing an order does not automatically constitute a contract. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and ErgoSEN will take place upon the shipment/delivery of the products or provision of the services ordered.

5. Community Forum/User Conduct

5.1 Acceptable Use

• Spam, unauthorized advertising, or promotion of commercial activities without our express written consent.

ErgoSEN is not obligated to pre-screen, monitor, or edit the Content posted by Users. However, we reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove, edit, or move any Content that we deem, in our sole discretion, to violate these T&C or be otherwise objectionable.

6.1 ErgoSEN Content

All Content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of ErgoSEN or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP laws.  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6.2 User-Generated Content

By posting Content on the Forum or other public areas of the Website, you grant ErgoSEN a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Content in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all the rights to the Content that you post.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or related to these T&C or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Patras city Western Greece region, Greece.

ErgoSEN reserves the right to modify or replace these T&C at any time.  We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new T&C on the Website and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new T&C.
