We at ErgoSEN are dedicated to making our site accessible to people with disabilities.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG 2.1 guidelines, and have made the site accessible to the level of AA. This site's contents have been adapted to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard use. As part of this effort, we have also:

  1. Set clear heading structures across all pages of the site

  2. Added alternative text to images

  3. Implemented color schemes that meet the required color contrast

  4. Reduced the use of animation on the site

  5. Ensuring that all videos, audio, and files on the site are accessible

Accessibility arrangements in the organization

ErgoSEN is committed to providing an inclusive environment, ensuring that every visitor, employee or partner with a disability has independent and safe access to all our services and spaces.

1. Access to Facilities (From Arrival to Entrance)

Parking: Specially marked parking spaces for vehicles with disabilities (PWDs) are available near the main entrance of the offices and the branch.

Access by Public Transport: The routes from the nearest public transport stations to our facilities are fully accessible, with appropriate slopes and blind route guides.

Entrance: The main entrance has automatic doors or fixed-slope ramps, in accordance with international accessibility standards.

2. Circulation Within the Premises – Full Accessibility

Single Level: All interior spaces (offices, conference rooms, common areas) are designed without thresholds or height differences, allowing for the unhindered movement of wheelchairs.

Signage: There is easy-to-read, high-contrast signage, as well as Braille signage to identify the main rooms and restrooms.

Service Areas: Reception desks and work/dining tables are at the appropriate height for use by people in wheelchairs.

3. Vertical Communication – Elevators

Accessible Elevators: Movement between floors is via modern elevators with large cabin dimensions.

Accessibility Accessories: Elevators are equipped with:

  • Braille buttons.

  • Audible floor and direction announcements.

  • Visual cues for the hearing impaired.

4. Specialized Work Environment – Special Equipment in Production

Adapted Workstations: In the production department and in the annex, workstations are ergonomically designed and height-adjustable.

Assistive Technology: Special equipment is available for people with disabilities, including:

  • Special keyboards and production control systems for people with mobility difficulties.

  • Audio guidance systems and visual safety alarms.

  • Screen reading software at control stations.

 

5. Additional Services & Amenities

Washrooms: Fully equipped disabled toilets are available on each floor, with grab bars and emergency call systems.

Hearing Accessibility: Induction Loops are installed in the reception areas and main lecture/training rooms for hearing aid users.

Trained Staff: Reception and security staff are trained in providing assistance and managing building evacuations for people with reduced mobility.
