At ErgoSEN, protecting the health and safety of our workforce is a constant priority. In line with this commitment, we actively support the new pan-European campaign by the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work titled "Healthy Workplaces: Promoting Mental Health at Work Together".

Why Mental Health Matters to Everyone

A healthy psychosocial environment is essential for the overall well-being and productivity of employees. Data from European Agency for Safety and Health at Work highlights the need for immediate action:

  • 1 in 3 workers in the EU reports experiencing stress, anxiety, or depression caused or exacerbated by work.

  • 44% of workers face severe time pressure or an excessive workload.

  • Physical and psychosocial risks closely interact, affecting both workplace safety and cognitive performance.

Key Action Areas

Preventing psychosocial risks benefits individuals, organizations, and society as a whole. We focus on the following key priorities:

  • Risk Assessment & Management: Identifying work-related stressors and implementing targeted preventive measures.

  • Fostering a Supportive Culture: Encouraging open dialogue and combating the stigma surrounding mental health issues.

  • Preventing Violence & Harassment: Establishing zero-tolerance policies for any inappropriate behavior in the workplace.

  • Holistic Approach: Jointly addressing physical and psychosocial challenges across both infrastructure projects and administrative operations.

We are working together to build a work environment that promotes balance, safety, and well-being for all.
